In accordance with Federal Law, Volusia County Transit (VoTran and VoAccess) is fully committed to provide accessible transportation services to the disability community. If you believe that you have been the subject of discrimination on the basis of disability while using Volusia County Transit (VoTran or VoAccess), you may do the following:

• ​Call 386-756-7496 ext 4119 between the hours of 8:00a.m. and 5:00p.m. If calling outside of regular business hours, please leave a message with your contact information and a general explanation of the complaint.  The Volusia County Transit ADA Coordinator will responed the next business day.

Submit a complaint form.  The complaint form can be printed out and hand written or use the fillable function of the PDF on your computer.  You can fax or mail the written form, or email the fillable electronic PDF form.
